Our service has a base price of $45 per person, with a $450 minimum, which covers up to 10 guests. Gratuity for the chef is not included. Gratuity should be paid directly to the chef in cash at the time of service; the suggested amount is 18%–25% of the total cost.

A travel fee of $1.50 per mile may applies to events located more than 25 miles from Portland, OR, or Vancouver, WA.

A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be collected by the chef at the time of service.

All bookings are completed through our website with a $200 deposit required to reserve your event.

Click “Menu & Book” or “See the Menu, Book Your Date” at the top of the page, then select your event date and time and enter your contact information, event address, and number of guests. After reviewing and agreeing to the service terms, submit your deposit through our secure checkout.

Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a protein selection form. You may update your protein choices anytime up to 48 hours before your event.

There is no travel charge for events within 25 miles of Portland, OR, or Vancouver, WA. For locations beyond 25 miles, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile (round trip) will be added to your booking.

The chef will arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.

No we do not provide tables and chairs. We provide the chef, grill, food, sake and the best unique experience!

Customers need to provide utensils and table set ups. We recommend setting up the chef at the front of the party so everyone can see them. Two 8-foot rectangular tables arranged in an L-shape can seat about 10 people. Three 6-foot rectangular tables arranged in a U-shape can seat between 12 and 15 people.

Our service is best suited for outdoor spaces such as backyards, terraces, and balconies. Indoor cooking is also possible as long as the space has high ceilings and good ventilation

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions upon request, including but not limited to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, and kosher. It is very important that you inform us at the time of your reservation, or at least 48 hours before the event.

We are sorry, but we are unable to cook any food or proteins provided by customers at this time.

Cancellations or rescheduled parties require at least 48 hours notice; otherwise, a fee of $200 will apply. In the event of rain, customers must provide some form of covering for the chef to cook under to stay dry. We can cook under tents or on patios. Customers are responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 48 hours of the scheduled party.
